1] By the reasoned order dated 02.08.2022, the Applicant was admitted to protection from arrest.

2] Charge sheet is already filed against the co-accused Prafulla Koli and Deepak Patil. The Applicant was shown to be absconding and recording prima-faice case, he was admitted to protection. 3] It is submitted that both the accused persons are already released on bail.
