Heard. The Petitioner prays for clubbing of two first information reports being CR No.697 of 2015 registered with Sakinaka police station and CR. No.529 of 2015 registered with Ghatkopar police station. Learned APP states that in both the crimes, charge sheets have already been filed.

In view of this statement, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The Petitioner may resort to appropriate proceedings under Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. With this observation, the petition stands disposed of.
