Mr. Paul, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant has tendered across the bar a copy of the order dated 18/01/2021 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Criminal AJN This order stands corrected as per speaking to the minutes order dated 30.03.2021.

Mr. Paul, learned senior counsel submits that in view of the said order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Thai Passport bearing No.AA5217427 (including old Thai Passport bearing No.M785795), U.S. Passport No.487246617 and OCI Card bearing No.A312464 belonging to Master Ahren Dutt remain with the mother. Mr. Paul, learned senior counsel, on instructions, submits that the OCI Card bearing No.A312464 will be updated. He further submits that the coloured copies of the Thai Passport and US Passport and the OCI Card, after updating, will be filed in the Registry for maintaining the record. 3.

Learned senior counsel submits that in view of the said order, nothing survives for further consideration in the interim application.

In that view of the matter, the interim application stands disposed of.
