The Petition raises seriously disputed question of fact. The Petitioner was an employee of Respondent No. 5, Astrazeneca Pvt ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Ltd. He was relieved from service in 2018. The Petition makes all kinds of allegations against the 5th Respondent, the Petitioner's by ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Date: 2022.03.24 18:58:33 +0530 employer. There are factual allegations of wrong doing. We are expected to accept these as being unconverted and absolutely true. Everyone of these allegations will require proof. 2.

The Petitioner made a complaint on 16th January 2019 to the Organization of Pharmaceutical Producers of India. This is not shown to be an instrumentality of the state amenable to the Writ 23rd March 2022
