Heard. The applicant herein is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.111 of 2017 registered at Bund-Garden Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant happens to be the proprietor of M/s. Gajanan Enterprises which was entrusted with the computerisation of work concerning examination process of Krishi Sevak by Maharashtra State Council of Examination. It appears that one Sudhir Sukhdev Nanware had lodged a report at the police station about the irregularities committed in the

Mhi ABA-1211-17.doc course of the said examination. The principal allegations were against the Maharashtra State Council of Examination. The results of the said examination were initially cancelled after the appointment orders were issued. Hence, the candidates had filed applications before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal which has held the examination process to be valid. In the meanwhile, the name of the firm of the applicant as well as the applicant has been deleted from the array of the accused persons vide letter dated 3.4.2017.

The learned APP has placed on record the supplementary statement of Sudhir Nanavare - complainant and he has specifically stated that the Senior PI of Bund Garden Police Station has informed him by a letter dated 3.4.2017 that the name of the present applicant has been deleted.

Be that as it may, in any case, the examination process has been held to be valid. In view of this, the order dated 21.7.2017 thereby granting interim relief in favour of the present applicant deserves to be confirmed on the same terms and conditions. The application is allowed and stands disposed of.
