This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 18.03.2015 passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Mahad in Application (WCA) No. 152/B28/2012. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the entire amount as awarded by the Trial Court has been deposited as stated in para 3 of the application. In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Mahad in terms of prayer clause (a).
