Petitioner No. 2 has passed away on 12th June, 2019. The Applicant has taken out the above Civil Application to bring the legal heirs of Petitioner No. 2 on record. The above Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a)The Applicant be permitted to bring the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased original Petitioner No. 2 on record in Writ Petition No. 11038 of 2018.

(b) The Applicant may be allowed to amend the cause title of the said Writ Petition along with necessary consequential

Amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today. 3.

Amended copy of the Writ Petition to be served on the Respondents including newly added Respondent No. 5, by hand delivery / Speed Post AD / RPAD by the Petitioner No. 1 and / or his Advocates and / or their representatives. 4.

Place the above Writ Petition on 16th July, 2019. Respondent No. 5 - Mr. Umesh Prabhakar Joshi shall on that day remain present in Court by himself and / or through his Advocate.
