We are informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents that present writ petition has already been disposed of on 7th February, 2013 along with the connected writ petition No. 6419 of 2012. However, inadvertently in the said order instead of the writ petition No. 9918 of 2011, writ petition No. 7469 of 2011 was typed.
