This is an application for deleting respondents No.2A to 2F from this application as also from the main Petition. Mr. Patil submits that respondents No.2A to 2F are applicant's brothers and sisters. They have executed registered release deed in favour of the applicant. 3.

In view thereof and at the risk of the applicant, respondents No.2A to 2F are deleted. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Applicant shall carry out the amendment in the main Petition within two weeks from today.
