This is an application for intervention by the first respondent -accused No.3 in CR No.55/2004 registered with Mahim Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2) The applicant in Application No.433/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the respondent No.2 within the said stipulated period. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
