The only prayer made in this Petition reads thus:- "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus expediting the proceedings of Application No.23/2021 filed before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik under Section 36(1)(1) of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950."

We are informed that proceedings are now transferred to the Joint Charity Commissioner at Bombay. As the only prayer is that the proceedings of Application No.23/2021 be expedited, we direct the authority to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible, and, in any event, within a period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is presented before the appropriate authority.
