Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for Respondent-State.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submit that this Court (Coram:Prakash D. Naik, J.) by an Order dated 15.01.2020 had released Applicant on bail. While granting bail this Court imposed Condition No. (iii) :

"(iii) The applicant shall report Economic Offences Wing, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, once in a month on every first Saturday of the month between 10 am and 1 pm." S.S.Kilaje page 1 of 2

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that charge is framed and trial has commenced. Since last five years, Applicant is attending the office of Economic Offences Wing, Pune. It is finding difficult for the Applicant to attend the Court dates and office of Economic Offences Wing, Pune. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

Learned APP objects to the same.

Considering the submission of both the learned Counsel, as trial has started, I pass following order :

(i) Interim Application is allowed and Condition No.(iii) of Bail Order dated 15.01.202 is relaxed.
