DATED : 22nd JULY, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, which are conveyed through the Head Constable who is present in the Court, state that the Investigating Officer shall issue notice u/s.41A to the applicant.

On the notice being issued, the complainant shall report to the Investigating Officer, who shall abide by the procedure prescribed u/s.41A. In case he comes to the conclusion that custodial interrogation is warranted, he shall give 72 hours notice to the applicant.
