The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to send proposal to respondent No.2 for grant of selection grade to the petitioner on account of completion of 25 years of qualifying service.

2] Learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that the proposal has already been submitted by the respondent Nos. 3 and 4, in the month of August 2018, to respondent No2. As such nothing survives in the petition. We direct the respondent No.2

YBG 30-wp-13380-17 to take decision on the proposal submitted, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today. 3] Petition disposed of accordingly.
