The offence is registered with Navghar police station, with sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian penal Code. And Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. And section 4 of Muslim women (Safety of Marriage Right) Act 2019. 3.
