After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, based upon communication dated 26.07.2017, taken on record and marked "X" for identification purposes, makes statement that the Petitioner will submit a Bank Guarantee as mentioned of the differential duty of Rs.9,05,150/-. On execution of the Bank Guarantee, the Respondents to release the goods.
