Learned counsel for the applicants submits that Criminal Application No. 957 of 2018 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge at Nasik. The applicants were not protected. According to the learned counsel, the application was not heard and notice has been issued to the prosecution and the next scheduled date is 17th July 2018.

In view of this, the learned Sessions Judge, Nasik seized with Criminal Application No. 957 of 2018 is requested to hear the
