By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 2nd May 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Thane, seeking transfer of Criminal Case No. 740/2012 from the file of the 3rd Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, to any other court at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The application was filed by the petitioner under Section 408 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on which application, the impugned order was passed. SQ Pathan 1/2
