It is expected that the Special Court taking court proceedings being Trial Court i.e. Additional District and Sessions Court, Vasai dealing with trial out of C. R. No. 152 of 2015 being MPID No.2 of 2016 dealt with the application Exh.23 referred by BGP.

the petitioner under sub section (3) of section 7 of the MPID Act shall decide the same expeditiously after granting opportunity of hearing to the stakeholders.
