Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. In view of the averments made in the Application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, we dispose of the Application by passing the following order:

ash cam-191.16 ORDER :

(a) Civil Application No.87 of 2013 is restored to the file subject to the condition that the Applicant will furnish postal stamps for effecting service of notices of the said Civil Application to the Respondent by RPAD within a period of two weeks from today;

(b) If postal stamps are furnished within a period of two weeks from today, notice be issued to the Respondent in the said Civil Application by RPAD, returnable on 2nd September 2016.
