Considering the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a) That the delay 155 days caused in filing the present First Appeal be kindly condoned and the accompanying First Appeal be registered and heard for admission." 3.
Learned Advocate for Respondent No. 1 states that copy of the Appeal compilation is not served upon her.
