1] The proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.H.S. Venegavkar, learned counsel representing CBI, on instructions make a statement that the Petitioner is no more alive to prosecute the Writ Petition. Apart from this, my attention is invited to the order passed by the Apex Court on 19.08.2019, but it appears that, may be for the reason of demise of the Petitioner, there are no instructions available with the counsel for the Petitioner.
