This is an application for transit anticipatory bail for a temporary period in FIR No.576 of 2021 registered with Hansi City Police Station, Haryana on 17th August 2021 for offences under Sections 323, 406, 420, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant is permanent resident of District Thane. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that on account of present situation of pandemic, the applicant requires about three weeks time to approach the concerned Court for appropriate reliefs. Hence, transit anticipatory bail may be granted to the applicant for three weeks. 2.

As stated above, the FIR was registered on 17th August 2021 with aforesaid Police Station. To enable the applicant to approach the concerned Court for appropriate reliefs, the transit anticipatory bail for temporary period can be granted to him. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of; MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2021.09.07 14:33:58 +0530 (ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in CR No.576 of 2021

2 of 2 22.ABA.2129.2021.doc registered with Hansi City Police Station, Haryana, the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) This relief is granted to the applicant for a period of three weeks to enable the applicant to approach appropriate Court for appropriate reliefs.
