1. Ms. Bhambwani, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that the steps to serve Respondent No.1 would be taken within a period of two weeks from today. S.O. by two weeks.

2. By order of the Registrar dated 2nd August, 1999 the petition was dismissed against Respondent No.1 for want of service. Thereafter, by the order dated 10th February, 2006, it was restored to file. Since then till date no steps for service of notice have been taken. Therefore, if the petitioner fails to take the steps within the time granted, the petition will stand dismissed against Respondent No.1 for want of prosecution without any further reference to the Court. Since Respondent No.1 is the only contesting
