The above Misc. Civil Application is filed by the Applicant Wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for the following relief : "This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer Hindu Marriage Petition No. 42 of 2016 pending before the C.J.S.D. at Achalpur District Amravati to C.J.S.D. At Sangli, District Sangli".

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent has pointed out that the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 42 of 2016 pending before the C.J.S.D. at Achalpur District Amravati is disposed off by an Ex-parte Decree dated 24th October, 2016. In view thereof, the above Misc. Civil Application has become infructous and be disposed off as such. It is also pointed out that on 20th December, 2016 when this Court passed an ad-interim order, the said Marriage Petition NO. 42 of 2016 was
