Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid petition (seeking quashing of the F.I.R.), the Police have fled charge-sheet in the said case and hence, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with a liberty to fle an appropriate application seeking the Petitioners' discharge from the said case, before the trial Court.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that we have not gone into merits of the Petition and such, all the contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
