The petitioner seeks revised fied pay as per 7th pay commission. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner it is for the respondent to forward the proposal. The learned Counsel for the school submits that the petitioner has to fll in the form. The petitioner has not mentioned the names of the family members and because of that, the proposal is not forwarded. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit the necessary information within two weeks from today. On receipt of the said information, the school shall forward the proposal to the Competent Authority preferably within three weeks from the date of receipt of information. 2.

The proposal shall thereafter be decided by the Gaikwad RD 1/2
