Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, he had returned the papers to Petitioner. He has written a letter to Petitioner on 28.06.2023 giving notice to him that, he is seeking discharge from appearing in the proceedings and that the matter would be listed before the Court on 17.07.2023. However, envelope containing the said communication was returned with remark 'No Such Person'. The photo copy of letter and envelope is taken on record which is marked as 'X' for identification. 2.
