Taken on Board) The prayer in this Application is for grant of temporary bail to enable the Applicant to attend the marriage of his cousin, which is scheduled to be held on 29 July 2016. Yesterday, learned APP produced for the perusal of the Court a report showing that the Police Officer concerned has verified the correctness of the claim regarding the marriage which is scheduled to be solemnized on 29 July 2016.

It is pointed out that in the year 2015, the Applicant was granted furlough. The Applicant reported back to the Jail authority within time. From 23 April 2016 to 22 May 2016, the Applicant was granted parole under the order of this Court. The Applicant reported back in time. Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

Therefore, a case is made out for grant of temporary bail for few days subject to stringent terms and conditions. 4.

The Applicant is hereby directed to be released on temporary bail from 28 July 2016 till 4 August 2016 for attending the Marriage Ceremony of his cousin Ms. Komal Ankush Padwal, which is scheduled to be solemnized on 29 July 2016 at Kondhwa, Taluka Haveli, District Pune subject to condition of the Applicant furnishing a cash security of Rs.50,000/- and subject to further condition of reporting to the concerned local police station on every day at 9.30 a.m.

The Application is disposed of on the above terms. 6.

Though the Application is disposed of, the same shall be listed on 9 August 2016 for reporting compliance regarding surrender. .
