This is an Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.75/2012 registered with Pantnagar Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 406, 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 1/2

By order dated 01/01/2021, this Court (Coram : N.R. Borkar, J.) had granted interim protection to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and that he has been interrogated and that investigation is completed as against this Applicant. Learned APP states that presence of the Applicant is not required for the purpose of interrogation. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the Application is allowed. Hence, the interim bail granted on 01/01/2021 stands confirmed. The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer, if required. 3.
