"1. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions states that the petitioner no.1 has expired on 12th March 2008. He further submits that only petitioner no.1 is the original party to the proceedings before the Tribunal and petition no.2 is joined as a party only as Constituted Attorney of petitioner no.1. He therefore submits that since heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner no.1 are not brought on record, the writ petition would not survive.

Since, none appears for the petitioner, by way of last chance, list the petition on 29th February 2024. To be listed under the caption for 'Dismissal'."
