1] As per the Bailiff's 'Report', Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are duly served with notice; as regards Respondent Nos.1 and 2, the Bailiff remark showed that they have left the premises since last six years. The Appellant has therefore served them by private notice on their Advocate on record in the lower Court and on the address of Respondent Nos.1 and 2, which is shown in the Memorandum of the Address filed in the trial Court. The Affidavit of Service is also filed on record to that effect.

2] In view thereof, considering that the delay is of only 6 days in filing this appeal, the delay is condoned, as sufficient cause is shown.

3] The Civil Application is disposed off accordingly. 4] The Appeal be placed for 'admission' on 25th September, 2018.
