The Respondent No.2 had made a statement that he would not proceed with the matter before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for a period of four weeks. It is seen that the first informant is 78 years of age and considering the previous order dated 8 th August, 2016 efforts will be made to dispose of the Petition at the stage of admission.
