By this petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 16.03.2016 passed by Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in Chamber Summons No.

1921 of 2015 in Summary Suit No. 3418 of 2008 rejecting their application for setting aside the attachment order on flat No. 302 situated at Golden Empire Co. op. Hsg. Society, Mira Bhayandar Road, opp. to Shiver Garden, Mira Road, District Thane. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perusing the order passed by Trial Court, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for following order. b) In addition to usual mode of service, the Petitioner, is directed to serve the Respondent along with copy of proceeding with all annexures by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before next date.

c) Petitioner to remove all office objections within four weeks from today, failing which Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
