Heard Mr. Shailesh Dalal, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Shah , learned counsel for respondents no.1(a) and 1(b). Mr. Dalal states that he is not pressing this application against respondent no.2.

By this Application, the applicant has prayed for recalling the order dated 4.7.2016 by which the applicant was directed to remove all office objections on or about 11th July, 2016, failing which

2/2 CAC/459/2016 C.R.A. to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Mr. Dalal prays for waiving objection no.2, namely, "margins not left at pages II, III, 3, 4, 6,7,8,9, 23,25,27,28,30,32,34 to 41 and assures that after restoration of this C.R.A., he will remove other office objections. In view thereof, objection no.2 is waived.

As far as rest of the objections are concerned, after restoration of C.R.A., the applicants will remove those objections within one week from today. In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), with no order as to costs.

Place Civil Revision Application for admission on 8.8.2016.
