The learned APP, on instructions, states that a report has been received from the concerned investigating officer that the investigation is taken up in respect of the incident about the Petitioner has made grievance seriously and the accused in the case has also been arrested.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in light of the fact that these steps have been taken and the investigation is now moving forward with seriousness, the grievance made in the petition regarding no investigation is being carried out does not survive. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
