We have perused the Petition and found that there are too many gaps in the Petition that requires explanation. We also found that Petitioner is seeking stay of the order, but there is no main prayer seeking quashing of that order. When we pointed out these things to Mr. Shaikh, Mr. Shaikh sought leave of this Court to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file fresh Petition.
