DATED : 8th NOVEMBER, 2023 P.C:- In terms of the order dated 11/10/2023, the learned APP, on instructions from the PI (Crime) Vijapur Naka, Police Station, Solapur City, informed that the accused/the appellant Rakesh Laxman Gaikwad, who is arrested on 23/10/2023 and remanded to judicial custody.

Since the interim application sought direction to deposit the compensation in terms of the judgment and order passed by the Sessions Judge, Solapur on 19/12/2018 in Sessions Case No. 323 of 2014 and there was failure to abide by the said Ashish

2/2 47 IA-2185-2021.doc direction, the appellant was directed to remain present in this Court on distinct dates, but the amount could not be deposited. He is therefore now arrested for non-compliance and the law will take its own course.

In the wake of the above, Interim Application No. 2185 of 2021 stand disposed off.
