There is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. 2.

We have, however, perused the Writ Petition and prayers made therein. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 have failed to take steps against alleged illegal and unauthorized constructions that have been made at the best of Respondent Nos. 9 to 16.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.

30. WP 8346-2021.doc 2 & 5 to 7, on instructions, submits that the Municipal Corporation would within a period of six weeks from today take action against the constructions that are found to be illegal and contrary to law insofar as Respondent Nos. 9 to 16 are concerned.

Accepting the aforesaid statement and without observing anything on the legality and illegality of the alleged constructions, it is directed that Respondent Nos. 2 & 5 to 7 shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law against the alleged illegal and unauthorized constructions.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
