These Applications are filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1 Govind Laxman Gore on record. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as the parties have settled the matter amicably, she be allowed to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1 on record forthwith. There is also delay in filing these Applications, which may be condoned. 3.

The learned counsel for respondents, i.e., proposed respondents and other respondents, submitted that he has no objection.

It is pointed out that respondent no. 8-Manjubai Maruti Gore has already expired and her legal heirs, i.e., respondent nos. 7 and 9 are already on record.

In view of the submissions and the reasons mentioned in the Applications, delay is condoned. Both the Civil Applications for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1 are allowed. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
