Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification/relaxation of clause (i) of para 3 of the order dated 26th July 2017. The condition of which modification/relaxation is sought, reads as under :

"(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with LAC No. 04 of 2017 registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.958.19.934.doc executing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount."

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition set out in clause (i) of para 3 of the order dated 26th July 2017 stands modified.

Accordingly, the applicant, in the event of arrest, shall now be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 26th July 2017, to remain as it is.
