DATE : AUGUST 21, 2018 PC :- By this application, the wife has sought transfer of marriage petition, being Marriage Petition A No. 1357 of 2018 filed by her husband, pending on the file of Family Court Mumbai at Bandra to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune. Applicant-wife is residing at Pune. Learned advocate appearing for the Respondent-husband has no objection for the same. Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed:

(i) Application is allowed;

12 - MCA. 163-18.doc (ii) The marriage petition, being Marriage Petition A No. 1357 of 2018 pending on the file of Family Court Mumbai at Bandra is transferred to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune;

(iii) The parties are directed to remain present before the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune on 17th September, 2018;

(iv) The records and proceedings of marriage petition, being Marriage Petition A No. 1357 of 2018, pending on the file of Family Court Mumbai at Bandra be sent to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, immediately;

(v) Misc. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
