Considering the fact that the Inquiry Report of the Vigilance Cell favours the Petitioner's case and in view of the judgment of this Court (Nagpur Bench) in Writ Petition No.3664 of 2010 (Raju Pandurang Jagtap vs. Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee No.3 & Anr.) dated 17 September 2010, we are inclined to remand the matter for reconsideration. The Petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents within four weeks.

2/3 The impugned order dated 20 June 2015, is therefore, quashed and set aside. The Scrutiny Committee to decide the Application expeditiously after giving an opportunity to the Petitioner in accordance with law.
