After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, prayed for the withdrawal of petition. It was brought to our notice by inviting our attention to the documents placed on record that the Petitioner had filed a civil suit in the competent Court, i.e., before the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Khed, and he be permitted to take appropriate steps in the said suit as provided under the law. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as prayed for.
