Mr.Rishikesh Shinde, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that entire decretal amount has been deposited before the MACT, Mumbai. 3.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 i.e. Original Applicants/Claimants are allowed to withdraw 50% of amount deposited before MACT, Mumbai on filing usual undertaking in this Court to the effect that if this Appeal is allowed then Respondent Nos.1 to 3 will deposit the amount in this Court with interest as per the order passed by this Court.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are at liberty to file Civil Application seeking withdrawal of balance 50% of amount before MACT, Mumbai. 5.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.
