Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No. 158 of 2017 registered with the Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 504, 506 & 323 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Original Complainant state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. Learned counsel have tendered the terms of settlement
ABA 1220-17.doc entered into by and between the Applicant and the Original Complainant. The terms of settlement are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. As per Clause v, both parties have agreed to withdraw cases filed against each other in all Courts and have also agreed to file a Petition for divorce by mutual consent, as well as a Petition seeking quashing of C. R. No. 158 of 2017. 4.
Considering the fact that this is a matrimonial dispute and having regard to consent terms entered into by and between the Applicant and the Original Complainant, the Application is allowed and the Applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms & conditions :-
O R D E R
(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
