The Learned Counsel for the Appellant, Ms. Rukmini Khairnar on instructions of the Appellant who is personally present in Court and whom she identifies and is also identified by the certificate dated 03.08.2017 issued by the Gram Panchayat Upkhed, Taluka Chalisgaon, District Jalgaon states that there is an out of Court settlement between the parties and therefore seeks withdrawal of the above Family Court Appeal. The Appellant when put in the box and queried states that the settlement has taken place between the parties and that in view of the said settlement, she has instructed the Learned Counsel Ms. Rukmini Khairnar to withdraw the above Family Court Appeal. The Family Court Appeal is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. BGP.
