The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 08/07/2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Solapur No.2 at Solapur by which order the application for stay filed by the Petitioner in the Revision Application filed by him came to be rejected. The said Revision Application has been filed by the Petitioner against the order dated 13/05/2016 passed by the Tehsildar, South Solapur under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Court Act. By the said order the Tehsildar has directed removal of obstruction to the use of the road by the Respondent. The Petitioner and the Respondent are closely related being real brothers.
