Without prejudice to their contentions in the matter learned advocate for the petitioner has produced before us a copy of order dated 26/12/2019 which is taken on record as Exhibit "A". 2.

Since Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board-2, Bhiwandi has stopped investigation as per section 167(5) of Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance does not survive. 3.

We in this situation dispose of the petition as infructuous. Needless to mention that contentions available to parties are kept open for consideration, if any occasion therefor arises. All pending applications are also disposed of.
