Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is appointed to represent the estate of the deceased-respondent No.1. The applicant shall implead Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court as a party respondent No.1 in the Appeal.
After carrying out amendment, copy of the amended appeal memo be served upon the rest of the respondents. Application is disposed of.
INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 3236 OF 2023 In view of the order passed in Interim Application No. 13384 of 2023, this application is disposed of.
INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 19828 OF 2023 This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased appellant- Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, who is said to have expired on 14th August, 2022.
The application is within limitation.
Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment shall be carried out as per schedule annexed with the application. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
